Ceremony WILL BE BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 4:30 IN THE AFTERNOON.

PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE ARBORETUM MAIN BUILDING TO PARK, ROUND-TRIP SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATion will pick up guestS AND TAKING THEM TO THE CEREMONY LOCATION ON GROUNDS. YOU MUST TAKE SHUTTLE AND NOT YOUR OWN VEHICLE DUE TO REGULATIONS & PARKING LIMITATIONS.

Shuttle service will begin by 3:30 PM, Please plan to be seated at the ceremony site by 4:15 PM.

IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, CEREMONY WILL BE INSIDE the ARBORETUM SNYDER BUILDING.

Cocktail Hour IS 5:00-6:00PM IN THE snyder building (BELOW)

RECEPTION TO FOLLOW AT 6:00-11:00 IN THE EVENING

Reception

SEMI-FORMAL DRESS IS REQUESTED.

If you would like to dress in accordance with our colors (left), PLEASE feel free to do so. WE LOVE A THEME, but it is not expected OR REQUIRED.

Attire

As OUR guest, your admission to the arboretum on the DATE of the wedding is free!

This means that you may arrive as early as 8:00 IN THE MORNING (when the arb opens) to explore the grounds, attend daily events, walk the trails, or whatever you’d like!

FOR THOSE STAYING IN MINNESOTA THROUGH SATURDAY, WE ARE PLANNING TO GATHER AT CAN CAN WONDERLAND IN ST. PAUL FOR A FEW HOURS OF GAMES, MINI-GOLF & FOOD/DRINK TOGETHER BEGINNING AT 1 PM.

ATTENDANCE IS OPTIONAL and EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION THERE, PAYING FOR THEIR OWN admission, expenses, AND MEAL. WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US!
